4.1 Reservations

All reservations are subject to availability. Prices are subject to change without notice until confirmed by payment.

4.2 Payment

All prices are quoted in Canadian dollars. Payment can be made by credit card, debit card, or bank transfer. A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your booking.

4.3 Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Cancellations made 60 days or more before the tour start date: Full refund minus the non-refundable deposit
• Cancellations made 30-59 days before the tour start date: 50% refund minus the non-refundable deposit
• Cancellations made less than 30 days before the tour start date: No refund

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unexpected cancellations.

5. Intellectual Property
